ZEP GROOVES. DRIVING BEAT. SHUFFLE. FAST BOOGIE. SOUTHERN BALLADS. INTROS. FILLS
“I love Loudstakk MIDI. Ron D has a way of capturing the essence of Metal grooves - that elusive Metal feel and groove that just cant be replicated by hand programming MIDI.
Loudstakk helps keep me inspired and creative and focused on the song itself.”

Karl Sanders (Nile)
"Loudstakk MIDI Grooves are great for inspiration and for jump starting ideas. The thing I find them most useful for though, is breaking out of old patterns by testing all kinds of different beats and rhythms against the same idea to find near infinite potential in every riff"

Ghul (Mayhem)
"Loudstakk MIDI Grooves provide the right amount of dynamics to make them sound more natural. Most other packs I've tried leave very small amount of dynamics.
While on the road - I like to load these MIDI Grooves into my session knowing they will satisfy my taste when composing"

Vanik (Midnight)
“Truly inspiring drumbeats.
I actually started a new band as soon as I tried them out in my DAW”

Mika Lagren (Nekrodawn)
“Using Loudstakk Grooves really helps me catch inspiration quickly! I had a killer riff the other day, and needed to track it quick, and fast-forward a few weeks, and the grooves made it into the final arrangement. Can’t wait to see what they do next!”

Erik Gustafson (Adoration Destroyed)

"Loudstakk MIDI Grooves have been an essential part in my recent songwriting and pre-production for Fury of Five.
Although being the drummer, sometimes I don’t have time to set up all my recording gear to track a 45 second drum loop for a guitar riff and Loudstakk has been crucial in delivering the right kinds of drum parts for Fury’s riffs."

Mike Pollaro (Fury of Five)
"Loudstakk MIDI Grooves are a great tool. Been using them for 6 months or so – And these have become my go-to for getting natural sounding grooves and beats for capturing ideas and writing music. Great dynamics and just has the right overall feel. Would recommend these to anyone who writes music in Metal/Rock/Punk."

Gamle Erik (Carpathian Forest)
"Loudstakk is something I can't live without once I think about writing songs or even be on with some riff ideas. It just optimizes my work flow in a way that it's even funnier/faster and more practical to give birth to new killer tunes!"

Guilherme Miranda (DIETH)
"Loudstakk offers a countless amount of top notch quality drum MIDI grooves that do assist me a lot when creating new compositions. Literally they inspire me to write more and more.
Loudstakk is highly recommended for songwriters!"

Jan Mojdis (Alien Orchestra)
“Truly inspiring drumbeats.

What is your approach to Classic Rock drumming?
"Classic Rock drumming was, in many ways, the second wave of Rock ’n’ Roll—building on its foundation while carving out its own identity. At its core, the approach was always about serving the song. The drums weren’t there to dominate—they were there to drive.
The goal was to let the music lead, while keeping the subtle artistry—ghost notes, drag rolls, tasteful fills—front and center. It was about playing with feel, not flash, and making sure every little detail supported the overall groove without ever pulling focus away from the song itself."
Which drummers inspired you?
"Classic Rock is packed with unforgettable drummers—each with their own unique voice behind the kit. There’s Keith Moon with his wild, unpredictable energy, John Bonham with that massive, swinging groove, and Phil Rudd’s no-frills, straight-ahead drive that just works. And then there’s Frank Beard’s gritty Texas boogie—mean and tight.
So many legends to channel here… it's honestly hard not to be inspired."
How did the idea for a MIDI Groove pack come around?
"I wanted to build a personal go-to toolkit of the most tried-and-true drum grooves—the kind you might even call cliché, in the best way possible. Think of them like the LA session drummers of the MIDI world: reliable, efficient, and always ready to get the song done so you can move on to the next idea. That was the whole concept.
They’re also just a blast to jam with. Whether you're playing along to some CCR, Seger, or anything in that pocket, these grooves are made to loop endlessly. Fire 'em up, zone out, and have fun."
Who should use MIDI Groove packs?
"These grooves were made with songwriting in mind—plain and simple. They’re built to get ideas rolling fast, without the hassle of programming every kick, snare, and hat by hand. Whether you're sketching out riffs, rehearsing for your next gig, cutting a demo, or just plugging in after work for a little jam session, these beats are there to keep you in the creative pocket.
They’re not here to replace your drummer—but compared to a click track? Way more fun to play along with. Tight, familiar, and ready to roll—just like the rhythm sections that made Classic Rock what it is."
